The well-travelled Lincolnshire athlete boasts an impressive blend of speed and strength. With PB’s ranging from 1:53 over 800m to 30:28 over 10k, Wilson possesses copious amounts of natural talent. A brief stint in the US at South Alabama saw Ronny continue to develop his speed endurance. On his return to the UK, under the guidance of Mark Baddeley, the Lincoln-born man lowered his 1500m PB to 3:51. A valuable member of road relay teams, Wilson recently moved to London. With the parks of Bushy and Richmond now known as home to the fair-haired Ron, the LTC athlete hopes to continue to reduce his PB’s over all distances in the coming years together with combining his role of LTC athlete coordinator.
